thursday i got laura from the airport, and then we proceeded to eat and watch movies all night! our food was a fake fat sandwich from ross commons called the fat dragon, which was basically a hambuger roll with 2 chicken fingers, 2 mozzerella sticksz, and some fries....very disappointing. it made me want to drive all the way to rutgers to get an acutual fat sandwich....then we watched In Her Shoes--hands down awesome movie (i actually think i might go rent i again), during which we devouered a whole mini box of entemens cookies and almost the whole box of popems. we attempted to go to sleep while watching footloose, but we ended up talking until about 3 in the morning...i kinda felt bad for my roommate, but its my whore!

friday i ended up only going to my com class, and skipped co-op in the morning and music. technically i skipped history too, but i spent what would of been that class withdrawing from it, so it really doesnt matter that i skipped it, lol. but what could you expect? it was a gorgeous day and, in the words of ferris beuller, how could anyone possibley expect me to go to school on a day like that? so me and laura went to lunch at a cafe on penns campus---very nice, and then we went window shopping for hours in center city. we ooo-ed over coach purses, and ahhh-ed over shoes, but spent a good portion of the time in Anthropology picking out stuff for our imaginary appartment--it was great. we topped it off with some mint mochas and a blondie at cosi, however we couldnt stand the sight of the couple practically dry humping at the table next to us, so we didnt stay too long. the only down part to the trip was the fact that i decided to wear my Franco Sarto heels, inspired by in her shoes the night before, and my feet were in excrutiating pain by the end of the trip!

after that we went back, i changed my shoes, and took the subway to get emily!!! we ended up getting off a few stops early by accident because over the phone Allegeheny and Olney sound strikingly similar. but we eventually made it there and back. We walked over to penns campus to Qudobus which kicks ass because its like the panera of taco bells, and then got ben & jerrys and spent the night watching Must Love Dogs and Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. great times with my girls!!!

saturday was fun---we went to cereality in the morning, which i must say, is one of the most kick ass places i have ever been! ugh, its ta die for! then i did some laundry so i had clothes to wear the rest of the weekend, and then we headed off to south street. that was a pretty frustrating trip being htat we couldnt find what we needed, but none the less it was fun. once we got back we picked up our things, and headed off to La Salle for the remainder of the weekend.

saturday night was great! we watched movies for a while, then got ready to go to a black light/highlighter party at the manner. lets just say that 4 cups of crunk juice + 3 cups of beer + beer pong = one very drunk lauren!! but it was so much fun--i love drinking with my girls, and im lucky to have girls like them to watch out for me---they truely are the best friends a girl could have!! there were a lot of ass raping party boys there, but we survived! one of them made me feel like shit though, and so i kept asking people if i did anything wrong, and i didnt, but i felt crappy for the remainder of the night. they say we watched the sweetest thing and shrek 2, but all i really remember is george and jenny telling me to "eat more fish" (as in gold fish) and "drink more water." oh and george having the most amazing blanket on earth! it was like some one skinned elmo---it was soooo comfy!

sunday was fun...not too hung over, but we did sleep in our highlighter shirts and people gave us really strange looks in the hall and at breakfast, lol. me and laura spent most of the day napping while em was at work and a meeting and then after that we just chilled and watched movies and grays anatomy, which is a kick ass show, i must say. i also watched everyone play this game "sniper" which was soo funny (and emily kicked ass at it! the only person to beat her record was a marine!). basically 2 people are in a room, they each have a tennis ball, and they have their eyes closed, and they have to try and peg the other person just by listening and figuring out where they are...soo funny! i would have tried but i have a laughing problem so i def would have lost, lol.
